Tickk

B2B Online Aggregator Platform
Hyderabad, India

Client Background

Tickk is a B2B online aggregator platform designed for small and medium retail business owners in India. The platform bridges the gap between local shops and customers, strengthening hyperlocal connectivity and accessibilityfor both retailers and end-users.

The Challenge

Co-founders Harshith and Prudhvi approached me to design the brand identity and design system for Tickk. I had previously worked with Harshith on his earlier startup, where the branding delivered strong results, which built their trust to collaborate again. The main challenge was to create a simple, direct, and minimal brand aesthetic that reflected their business model while appealing to a diverse retail audience.

Our Solution

We started by mapping the platform’s core values: accessibility, trust, and community-driven retail growth. From this, we developed multiple concepts that balanced modern digital aesthetics with human-centric simplicity. The identity system was designed to be scalable, recognizable, and adaptable across both digital and offline touchpoints.

Execution

  • Designed a minimal yet distinctive logo system reflecting connectivity and simplicity
  • Created a color palette symbolizing trust, growth, and inclusivity
  • Developed a typography system optimized for clarity across digital interfaces
  • Built a visual language for marketing, UI assets, social media, and B2B presentations
  • Defined brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all communications

Outcome

The clarity and simplicity of the visual system resonated well with early-stage users and partners, providing a strong foundation for scaling their brand presence across India.
